outfit du jour: neighborhood I

Yesterday's Thursdays are for Thrifters went off without a hitch (which is super exciting after two weeks of embedding and blogger issues). I'm so thankful for each of the submissions and for all the interest. It's not too late to submit all your finds and outfits! Also, don't forget to check out everyone else's finds.

    The polka dot headband is fabulous! Genereally, I have a collection of headbands and I like seeing persons using them on their daily outfits!!!
