outfit du jour: the silence between us

So I know I promised to step up my outfits a little this week, but I'm tired, it's rainy (my favorite weather), fall is finally here (love it), and yesterday all I did was run errands so I didn't feel like getting really dressed up. Hence why I look like I'm on my way to a class or something (old navy sweater: check. galoshes: check. umbrella: check. scarf when it isn't cold: check. starbucks: hmm...I missed that one.) I might wear something more exciting today (I don't know. I haven't gotten dressed yet.)

Earrings: Carole, Inc., set of three for $4.



Ring: F21, $6.

Leather Bag: Thrifted, $5.

    so jealous i don't have my rain boots/wellies/gumboots here in australia~ i'm saving for some new hunter green ones because my bright green with blue whale ones got a hole... i feel like i'm the only person who'd be able to break gumboots?!?

    Just today I was saying I need one of those clear umbrellas that comes way down... it's been raining like crazy here since Monday!

    And I just commented on someone else's blog about seriously considering buying galoshes... then I see you with both items I had JUST been dicussing... eerie!
