To make these boots you'll need: white boots, fabric paint, fabric medium, water, rubber bands, newspaper and a spray bottle.
I bought these boots for $5 several years ago and they never felt quite right, so I decided they'd be perfect for this.
First, twist the legs of the boots and divide with several rubber bands, as if you were going to tie-dye them.
Lay the boots on newspaper. Mix one part paint with two parts paint medium and a little water. Spray boots. I let mine dry for a few minutes and then sprayed a second color on.
Now that is tooo cool! I can totally do that myself. I like the tie-dye effect with the twisting of the rubber band! Very Nice!

Those are awesome! So glad you showed them again. My niece and her best friend actually splatter painted a pair of hooker boots for me for my bday! I can't zip them up my legs yet but hopefully when I lose some weight I will be able to! ha.
