Monday always means linking up with Inspiration Monday at Two Birds
. This is one of those outfits that I'm not entirely convinced about (on my part, no fault of The Birds). I didn't have anything too similar to today's inspiration outfit, so I went with this little studded dress. But, it's just got kind of a weird fit. But anyway, this is what I ended up wearing. I like it in theory, but I'm just not sold on it. (Of course, after I wore this, I thought 'I should just donate this dress.' and then I proceeded to put it back in my closet. So maybe I do really like it?)
Dress: Charlotte Russe, apx. $5., Denim Shirt: Thrifted, $5.
i think you should keep it. i have been trying to get up the courage to wear clothes that are a little out of my comfort zone lately. maybe this is how you feel about your dress, but i think it looks fantastic on you!
I usually don't wear studs but only on my footwear and then it's pushing it. But then I dress pretty boring haha...I think you look amazing! keep it! and if you get rid of it sell it on your etsy so someone else can love it :) I was thinking maybe a taller boot to offset the shorter length, but then what do I know?
this is so you, you turned the inspiration into something that represents you. I think the dress has this cool vibe...especially with the red shoes. Consider keeping it :-)
I love your bag!
