This
is one of those outfits that just doesn't translate in photos. At least that's what I'm telling myself. The skirt actually has a gold metallic tint, so I'm not sure why it's looking so red in some pictures. Anyway, this skirt turned out to be kind of big on me, but I love it anyway. Now I just have to figure out a better way to style it so you guys will actually understand why I love it.
i hate when what you have on doesn't translate onto the blog. i always hear Nina Garcia's voice saying it isn't editorial enough! lol those sunnies are so cute! brett
I've noticed metallics seem to require extra-good photography skills (I personally don't have these). But I can kind of see what you mean in the first picture. Your skirt will be great for Christmastime. I could see it with a slightly loose-fitting white tee, tucked in, in the summertime. Those boots are cute and look pretty comfy, to boot (no pun intended).
I think it's interesting how sometimes outfits look so different in photos than they do in the mirror. I like this one though--especially those booties paired with that skirt!
you always thrift fabulous pieces at unbelievable prices. I like this whole vintage chic look, I can understand why you like the skirt so much, the fabric is lovely and I like the slit at the side, it looks perfect with your boots.
I love the thrifted bag! So on trend right now! Your pictures are GREAT! really like you can see details :)
ReplyDeleteI like your necklace and skirt!
